Philippine Cpl. PHIBLEX is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. Marines and Navy to strengthen interoperability across a range of capabilities to include humanitarian civic actions, disaster relief and contingency operations.
