Indonesia Won Philippine Air Force Light Lift Aircraft Acquisition


Indonesian Firm has won the bidding for the two light lift fixed-wing aircraft project  worth Php 814 million.

PAF Light Lift Aircraft NC 212i


PT Dirgantara  would supply Light Lift  NC 212i planes to the Philippine  Air Force and it is required to deliver  within 548  days from the opening of letter of credit.


According to its website the NC-212-200 Aviocar is a light transport that was designed to operate in areas lacking in infrastructure and unpaved runways. It has a high-wing configuration and fixed landing gear, is fitted with twin turboprop engines, and has excellent Short TakeOff and Landing (STOL) capability.
